AUTOMATIZED MIXFor large productions we advise that the mixture is performed in a line mixer Eco Mix Force. with system hexagonal rotary mixture making homogenization quickly. without loss of time. humidity and without increasing the lumps of the mixture.
A-LOADINGBe sure to load the soil and cement gradually through a TES Eco Conveyor.
B – HOMOGENIZATION (mixture)Through the panel turn on the mixer and go adding water until the mixture / desired moisture.
C – DISCHARGEThrough the panel open the cover so that the compound that is already mixed goes to the machine of ecological bricks.
MANUAL MIXINGFor products which do not use the automated mixing equipment to mix should be as follows:
A – Spread soil in a smooth and impermeable surface. forming a layer of 20cm to 30cm;
B – Spread the cement on the soil and mix well until the mixture is of uniform color (same). without soil stains or cement;
C – To humidify again spread the mixture as in (A). add water slowly over the surface using a watering can or a hose with squirt tip and mix again;
